Dorset Community Action are pleased to be working with East Dorset and Christchurch Councils, and to invite you to a conference for centre managers, trustees and management committee members from community centres, youth clubs and village halls. The conference aims to provide you with information, tools and resources to support the sustainability of your community building.There will be a number of speakers, workshops and displays. As well as time for networking and sharing experience.
We kindly request that tickets are limited to 2 per organisation.
Date: Tuesday 21st March 2017 (9.45am registration for 10am start through to 3.30pm finish)
Venue: The Hub, Verwood
Cost: £15 pp for voluntary and community groups, £30 pp for statutory groups
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
What will the event cover?
The aim of the day is to support community buildings, youth centres and village halls with information, tools and resources that will help them improve their sustainability.
This will be achieved by a series of speakers, workshops, displays and printed material.
All participants will have the opportunity to bring display material.
